MYACCOUNT

My Account is a personalised portal intended solely for use by user customers in the trucking sector located in Switzerland or in one of the following EU Member States: France, Spain, Germany, Austria, the United Kingdom, Benelux, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Poland, Italy, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Greece, Portugal. MyAccount will also be deployed in Turkey. This personalised account offers the user access to a range of services following registration (access to Sell Out Promotions, Damage Guarantee, Michelin Euro Assist subscription, Drive&Save, Casing Bonus, etc.).
 

In order to access the MyAccount personalised portal, you must first register and create a user account by filling in the form provided for this purpose. When you do so, Michelin will collect personal data from your profile, such as your surname, first name, e-mail address, telephone number and other details related to the company to which you belong and your fleet of vehicles. Your IBAN number will be collected to allow you to avail of certain services. This information will be retained for a period that does not exceed the duration necessary for the completion of the transactions linked to reimbursements, promotions and special offers. Michelin is committed to taking all necessary precautions to ensure the security of these data and, in particular, to prevent them from alteration, damage or unauthorised access by third parties.
 

The data below are intended for use by the providers of the services of which you are availing.
 

Registration will result in the creation of a username and a password provided by Michelin, which are confidential and personal to you. You alone shall determine the manner in which these details are used and take responsibility for same. Michelin undertakes not to use the data collected from your profile for trade promotion purposes without your prior consent.
 

Michelin will not store personal data for any longer than necessary with regard to the purposes for which they have been collected or for longer than permitted under current legislation.
